He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elmer Emerson and Laura Belle Emerson (Graham); and his siblings, Ira Emerson (Jane), William Emerson (Elsie), Thelma Biddle (Bucky), Allan Emerson and Jerry Emerson.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Emerson (Alfree); his daughter Kimberly; his son-in-law Jeremy Cox; his grandchildren, Colby Cox and Emilee Cox; his sister Nancy; his brother-in-law Jose Rosario; his brother Robert; and his sisters-in-law, Sara Emerson and Phyllis Emerson (Lois Emerson) of Middletown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Connection Community Church (4744 Summit Bridge Rd, Middletown, DE 19709). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
