He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Shallcross, Sr. and Olive Jane Shallcross of Middletown, Delaware.; and his wife Carolyn. He is survived by: his son Todd (Jan); his granddaughter Lexie (Steven); and his brothers, Thomas Shallcross (Betty) and Richard Shallcross (Lynn). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
