He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Amato and Anna Amato (Castellano); his wife Leonora Amato (Turkin); and his brother Alexander Amato, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Steven Amato (Susan) of Virginia Beach, VA, Gary M. Amato (Rose) of Broomall, PA and Jacqualyn S. Eiermann of Middletown, DE; his brother Jerome F. Amato of Long Pond, PA; his grandchildren, Leonora, Samantha, Meghan, Kayce, Courtney, Patrick, Jonathan and Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, Dyllan, Chase and Zoey.
