He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Robert Blomquist and Helen Kendzior (Breen); and his sister Theresa Wilkens. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Blomquist (Levrault); his sons, Jeffrey Blomquist (Allison Newth) and Daniel Blomquist (Meghan); his grandchildren, Leni Blomquist and Ian Blomquist; and his sisters, Kathleen Blomquist, Margaret Reardon and Barbara Blomquist.
