She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Plugge and Lydia Moehring Plugge; and her boyfriend Arnold Toller. She is survived by: her cousins, Rick Moehring (Debbie), Kimberly Moehring Andrews (Mark), Mark Moehring (Anne Marie), Addy, Josie Grace Moehring and Sandra Monson (Dar) of Stillwater, MN; her close friend Bob Densmore; and her friend Ramona Schlueter of Le Sueur, MN.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dallas' name to Tree of Life Lutheran Church, P. O. Box 64, 505 Osbourne Street, Odessa, DE 19730.
