He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton J. O'Neal Sr. and Lena Mae Nichols O'Neal; his sister Theresa Alma O'Neal Turner; and his daughter Gina Lee O'Neal Raimond. He is survived by: his wife Carol O'Neal; his daughter Collette O'Neal (Anthony Pedicone); his sister Fairfax Bauernschmidt; his grandsons, Austin and Evan Raimond; and his close friend Lloyd Hudson.
