She was predeceased by: her parents, German Schmidt (Oscar) and Else Schmidt; and her son Eric. She is survived by: her husband Lou Pederson; her children, Nels (Magda) and Nancy Patrick (David); her grandchildren, Anders, Eric, Christian Pederson (Jen), Christa Kingston (Scott), Matthew (Anna), Ryan Patrick (Bailey), Cooper Kingston, Nora Patrick and Arthur Patrick; her sister-in-law Nancy Schmidt; and her nephews, Hans (Jenny) and Alan Schmidt (Brenda).
