She was predeceased by: her parents, Celia Belle Kerns and Elmer Kline Kerns; and her grandson Benjamin Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Robert R. Lewis; her children, Robert Lewis II (Pam), Cindy Miller (Kent), Eric Lewis (Amy Ottinger) and Keith Lewis (Danielle); her siblings, Ken Kerns and Margie Spotswood; and her grandchildren, Joshua Lewis, Anna Lee, Heather Midash, Stephanie Lewis, Courtney Sheats, Ahren Lewis, Luke Lewis, Brooke Miller, Aaron Lewis and Emily Lewis. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
