She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurence Olson and Ruby Olson; her husband Ernest F. Butka; and her siblings, Patricia Ward, Laurence M. Olson and Ronald Olson.
She is survived by: her children, Kirsten Montenari and Karen Pouliot (Roy); her grandchildren, Ryan, Kayleigh Aubin, Mikayla Montenari, Savannah Butka and Christina Gardner; and her great grandchildren, Jeremy and AJ Gardner. She is also survived by her daughters and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or American Heart Association.
