He is survived by: his wife Bernice Breyer; his children, Nicole Hammond (Sylvester), Andrea VanBuskirk (Kevin) and Matthew Romano (Melissa); his grandchildren, Nathaniel Weir (Samantha), Briar, Noah, Bodhi VanBuskirk, Matthew Romano, Evan, Seth and Sofia Hammond; his great grandchildren, Luna and MacArthur Weir; and his brothers, Anthony (Madeline) and John Romano.
