He is survived by: his wife Anna Young; his children, Richard Allen Young, Jr. of Greensboro, Theresa Lynn Cole of Marydel, Kimberly Marie Carpenter of Bloomfield, Kelly Lynn Young of Magnolia, Cliffton Alfred Young of Sandtown and Megan Ann Young of Denton; and his siblings, Marvin Young of Sandtown, Ann Woodie of Baltimore and Ella Mae Korell of Greensboro. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many friends.
