He is survived by: his parents, Robert Culver of Greenwood, DE. and Dorothy Culver of Greenwood, DE.; his siblings, Chuck Culver (Sue Bellman Culver) of Glen Burnie and Sandy O'Reilly (Michael O'Reilly) of Oregon; and his significant other Beverly Ann Mahon. He is also survived by four daughters and five grandchildren.
