She was predeceased by: her husband William Billips; her parents, Harold Simpson and Edith Simpson; and her siblings, Elaine Czajkowski, Ronald and Vernon Simpson.
She is survived by: her sister Pat Myers (Bill); her children, Steve (Donna), Ronnie, David Elwood and MicheleTurner; her friend Jackie Symanski; her grandchildren, Lindsey, Steve, Jeffrey, David, Nicole, Tommy, Sean, Danny, Justin and Jessica; and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Braylon, Dominic, Damien, Derrick, Brooklyn, Jeffery Jr. (Adam), Hailee Rose, Aiden, Alec, Emma, Maverick and Kinsley.
