He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Faulkner (Skeeter); his son Samuel N. Faulkner, Jr.; and his siblings, David (Buddy), Pete Faulkner, Margaret Werner (Sis) and Grace Norris.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mamie Appenzeller (Don) of Cape Charles, Virginia and Brenda DeVeau (Jay) of Magnolia; his sister Doris Murphy of Seaford; his grandson Donny Appenzeller (Amy) of Cape Charles, VA.; and his great grandchildren, Dustin Appenzeller, Taylor Ann of Cape Charles and Emma Margaret Appenzeller of Cape Charles.
