He was predeceased by: his father Harold Frederick Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Eddy Wagner; his mother Pauline R. Wagner; his sisters, Carmen and Mona; his children, Genevieve, Elizabeth, Arlene Jeanette, James, Joelseph and Jared; and his stepchildren, Jeremy, Alicia Sean Jones and Gretchen Anna Eddy. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
