She is survived by: her husband Anthony Kaczka; her siblings, Kenneth Okerlund of Clearfield, PA and Susan Thorp (Ken); her nephew Tracy Thorp (Vicky) of Gramptian, PA; her niece Pam Tarachak; and her children, Harrison of Pottstown, PA and Ava of Pottstown, PA. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
