He is survived by: his wife Linda; his great grandchild Josh; his daughters, Stephanie Guiswite and Michele Lembke (Rick); his grandchildren, Melissa, Kirsten, Matthew, Michael, Allen and Brandon; his great grandchildren, Remington, Ryder, Janea, Colton, Carter and Cameron; his stepchildren, Shari Gary (Jesse), Cindy Pennypacker (Jason) and Jimmy Meyers (Sherry); his stepgrandchildren, Jeff, Marli, Sami, Reagan and Natalie; and his brothers, Donald and Johnny. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
