It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reginald L. Evans of Long Neck, Delaware, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Evans and Hazel Evans; his wife Carolyn Davis; and his brothers, Jehu and Gary Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Samulevich (John) and David Evans (Heather); his grandsons, David (Sara) and Michael Samulevich; his great grandchild Harper Church; his nephew Marc Evans; his niece Heather Williams; and his pets, Thor and LuLu.
