He was predeceased by: his parent Dale Blair Allen; and his siblings, Donald Allen, Rich Allen, Tom Allen and Debbie Stazen.
He is survived by: his parent Helen Allen (Stoner); his wife Joanne Allen; his children, Marci Gott of Manassas, VA, Brian "Tiger" Allen (Pam) of Montclair, VA and John Allen (Ann) of Ormond Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Christopher Gott, Kevin Gott (Hannah), Teri Allen, Lindsay Allen, Mike Mullins (Derina) and Billy Mullins (Rachel); and his siblings, Robert Allen (Judy), Ladonna Smart, Virginia Park, Carol Crone (Mike) and Margaret Anderson (Ken). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Ralph's name to the Long Neck United Methodist Church at the above address.
