He is survived by: his wife Holly Parizot of Long Neck, DE; his children, Janice Lee Smith (Kent Smith) of Long Neck, DE and Glenn Miles Riggin (Carol) of Southern Shores, NC; his grandchildren, Lynsey Bieringer (Matt), Jessica Riggin (Walker Newell), Tyler Smith (Stephanie) and Benjamin Riggin (Elise); and his great grandchildren, Faith Bieringer, Eloise Newell, Addison Bieringer, Charlotte Smith and Owen Riggin.
