We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2023, at the age of 77, Mildred E. Garcia of Long Neck, Delaware, born in New Castle, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Bernie Garcia; her daughters, Staci Walls (Scott), Nicole Romano (Joe) and Denice Carello (Ralph); her pet Muffin; her grandchildren, Scotty (Camille), Ryan, Paige, Madison, Zoey, Gianna, John Ryan and Gavin; her great grandchildren, Paxton, Nicholas, Wyatt, Nolan and Jaylanni; her sister Barbara Rossiter (Harry); her parents, Emily Ryan and John V. Ryan (Jack); and her brother Jake Ryan (Jane). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either to the Ladies Auxiliary of Holloway Terrace Fire Company or Delaware Hospice in her memory.
