She was predeceased by: her parents, Adalbert Cyprych and Catherine C. Cyprych (Zysks); her husband Frank Fedorka; her child Francis A. Fedorka; and her brother Joseph Surdyk.
She is survived by: her children, Donna A. Dickey (Richard), Bernadette Tedesco, Paul W. (Bernadette), Robert G., Michael A., Sr. (Mary) and Brian K., Sr. (Diane); her child-in-law Jackie Fedorka; and her siblings, Alberta Shuty, Daniel and Chester Cyprych. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
