He was predeceased by: his mother Agnes; and his grandmother Anna. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Duricek (Zielinski); his children, Debbie Gentile (Ernie), Carol Crisconi (Rocky), Charles Duricek, Jr. (Teresa), Susan Correa (Pete) and Mark Duricek (Kristine); and his grandchildren, James, Michael (Candace), Jennifer, Lauren (Brandon), Kelly, Jason (Vicky), Erik, Tori (Mike) and Markie (Kristy). He is also survived by his 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Charlie's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
