It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hester Carrow-Clark of Little Creek, Delaware, who passed away on September 26, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Carrow and Irene Lapping Carrow; her husband James Clark; and her siblings, Warren, Vernon Carrow and Francis Pyatt.
She is survived by: her siblings, Charlie Carrow (Michele) of Smyrna and Jean Quillen of Dover.
