With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Georgette F. Williams of Little Creek, Delaware, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 21, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Margaret Newlin; her sister Mary; her brother-in-law Harry Straus; her niece Maryanne DeStefano; and her nephews, Michael, Harry Jr. and Straus.

She is survived by: her husband James E. Williams, Jr.; her children, Laurie Coventry (John) of Wyoming, Jim Williams (Jody) of Marydel and Barbei Williams of Wyoming; her grandchildren, Megan, Casey, Devon, Gage, Lauren and Spencer; and her great grandchildren, Sadie, Hadley, Jack, Mackenzie, Kinzlee and Adelyn.

In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
