She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Williams and Queen Victoria Herring Williams; her husband Ronald Whaley; her daughter Priscilla Saez; and her siblings, Rosemary McQueen, Victoria Rickards, Oscar Williams, Jr. and Victor Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Melva Smock (Greg), William Whaley (Nahomi) and Isaac Whaley (Titana); and her siblings, Alice Gibbs, Delilah Crawford, Audrey Harris, William Herring, Theodore Williams, Franklin Williams and Boyd Williams. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
