It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dustin Skinner of Lincoln, Delaware, who passed away on July 27, 2021, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandmother Geraldine Taylor. He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Skinner (Fred Cara) and Paul Passwaters; his sister Ferran E. Passwaters; his nieces, Nevaeh Passwaters and Ke'Mya B. Walker; his aunt Bessie Taylor; his uncle Robert Skinner, Jr.; his cousin Katelyn Naturale; his daughter Freya Elaine Skinner; and his grandchildren, Abigail Reynolds, Jason Reynolds, Jr. and Dustin.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family in honor of his unborn child.
