He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Milanowski; his son William Christopher Milanowski (Rebecca Lynn); his granddaughter Sarah Ann Schofield; his daughter Cynthia Lynn Velez; his grandchildren, William Christopher Milanowski II (Colleen Kay), Stephanie Marie Morales (Brian Anthony), Luis Velez Jr. (Ozzie), Troy Thomas Schofield, Thomas Michael Velez, Nathan C. Velez and Brianna Macklin; and his great grandchildren, Abigail Lynn Milanowski, Aliyah Marie Morales, Angelyna Briana Morales, Athena M. Velez, Jaxon Thomas Milanowski, Luisito Velez, Ariyana Rosalyn Morales, Troy Thomas Schofield Jr., Marco A. Velez and Christian William Schofield.
Viewing was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church (152 Tulip Dr, Lewes, DE 19958). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
