He was predeceased by: his grandson Ryan Michael Andrew; his sister Dolores "Dee" Jean Moore; and his parents, John Edward Andrew and Hedwig Josephine "Jean" Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his sons, Michael Andrew (Kerry Carofano) and Timothy Andrew (Alison Houck Andrew); his grandchildren, Ashlyn and Eddie Houck; his great grandchild Danielle Crouthamel (Allen Crouthamel); and also, Riley and Logan Crouthamel.
