He is survived by: his close friend Donna Hays of Seaford, DE; his children, Christy Campbell of Lake Stevens, WA, Jennifer Fin (Aletheia) of Philadelphia, PA and Matthew Higgins (Jill Wooten) of Georgia; his grandchildren, Logan, Henry, Georgia Campbell and Kepler Fin; his sisters, Mary Jo Mankin (Mark), Marcia Scott and Kathy Cooper (Gerry); and the mother of his children Mae Higgins.
