She was predeceased by: her mother Anne Palomba (Jucknowicz); her husband Frank S. Draper of Milford, DE.; and her father Enrico Palomba. She is survived by: her daughters, Laura "Laurie" Draper Carter (Nick) of Lewes and Margaret "Peggy" Draper (Robert Browne) of Lewes; her grandchildren, James "Jed" Bell (Elise), Steven (Bell), Frank S. Carter and Anne "Annie" Draper Carter; and her great grandchildren, Peyton and Logan Bell.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John Parish Hall (506 Seabury Ave, Milford, DE 19963). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. John the Apostle Catholic Church (506 Seabury Ave, Milford, DE 19963).
