He is survived by: his mother Rachael MacNeil; his wife Crystal; his daughters, Susan Conklin (Christofer) and Keri Flanagan; and his sister Mary Michelle. He is also survived by brothers and sisters in law, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests that donations be made to The American Heart Association or a battered women's shelter of their choice, as he often made donations to these organizations.
