He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walsh and Sallie Walsh (Bryson); his son Darren; and his sisters, Margaret and Thelma.
He is survived by: his close friend Jane B. Thompson; his sons, William R. Walsh (Bev), James Bryson Walsh, Jr. and Del C. Walsh (Wynn); his grandchildren, Hunter Walsh (Rachel), Michael Walsh (Erin), James B. Walsh III and Curlett Walsh; and his great grandchild Kai. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium-Atkins-Lodge Chapel (16961 Kings Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium (16961 Kings Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958).
