She was predeceased by: her husband Emory Brittingham; her parents, Sidney Downs and Mary Downs; and her siblings, Helen D. Morris and Sidney L. Downs, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Alan Kim Brittingham (Sue); and her grandchildren, Judith Brittingham, Billie Jo Cooper (Guy), Matthew Brittingham (Molly), Mechelle Rust (Victor), Tracy Brittingham and J. Keith Brittingham. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
