She was predeceased by: her husband Emory Brittingham; her parents, Sidney Downs and Mary Downs; and her siblings, Helen D. Morris and Sidney L. Downs, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Alan Kim Brittingham (Sue); and her grandchildren, Judith Brittingham, Billie Jo Cooper (Guy), Matthew Brittingham (Molly), Mechelle Rust (Victor), Tracy Brittingham and J. Keith Brittingham. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium-Atkins-Lodge Chapel (16961 Kings Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel (16961 Kings Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958).
