With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah Sue Ruley of Lewes, Delaware, born in Centerville, Tennessee, who passed away on September 29, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Edward Hassel; and her husband Douglas Ruley Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Mary Stroud Hassel of Rising Sun, MD; her children, Douglas Ruley Jr. (Lisa) of Selbyville, DE and Nicole Ruley of Lewes, DE; her grandchildren, Emma Ruley and Chase Ruley; and her sister Peggy Barrow (Mike) of Elkton, MD..
