Cary Trafton Williams Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cary Trafton Williams of Lewes, Delaware, born in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, who passed away on October 9, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Williams and Vesta Williams (Holton); his son Gregory Wilson Williams; his sisters, Wilma Dean Williams Flood and Helen Williams Mansfield; his niece Patsy Wolford; and his nephew Joseph Mansfield.

He is survived by: his wife Hilda Austin Williams; his nieces, Nancy Flood Tatum and Judith Flood McKenzie; and his nephew Cary Mansfield. He is also survived by many cousins and great-grandnieces and nephews.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing protocols must be observed, and masks must be worn by everyone participating in any aspect of the services.
