He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Powell and May Powell; and his wife Rachel Ann Louden. He is survived by: his children, Shawn (Laurel), Tina and Kevin (Christy); his grandchildren, Megan (Justin), Shannon, Ryan, Brandon, Thomas and Natalie; his great grandchild Daisy; and his brother Ron (Terri). He is also survived by many other relatives and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior (20276 Bay Vista Rd, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
