He is survived by: his parents, Jerome Martin and Mary Moody Payne; his wife Irma Dasher; his children, Aswad Johnson, Ebony Bivens (Kevin), Shataika Phillips (Ricardo), Daphne Pollock and Jessica Roberts (Rico); and his stepchildren, Cedric Johnson, Valerie St. Jean and Andrameda Johnson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Matthews First Baptist Church (214 W 10th St, Laurel, DE 19956). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
