He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Mohr and Mary Mohr. He is survived by: his wife Vanessa Mohr; his children, Gavin Mohr, Brittany Mohr and Angelia Mohr; and his siblings, Robert Mohr and Nicole McCarville (Matthew). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
