He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Collins of Laurel; his daughters, Linda Twilley (Dale) of Laurel and Debbie Shields (Alan) of Laurel; his grandchildren, Daneille Travers (Leroy), Cody Shields (Melinda), Melissa Pettyjohn (Zak), William T. Collins, III (Jess) and Dustin Collins (Jess); his great grandchildren, Lillian, Everly, Sienna and Baxter Travers; his grandchildren, Leo, Hazel Shields, Jace, Luke Pettyjohn, Ayden Collins, Abigail Collins and Rowan Collins; his sister-in-law Becky Perry; his niece Kimberly Rogers (Bob); and his great-nephew Nate Rogers.
