He is survived by: his wife Debra; his son Wayne Jr. (Margaret); his grandchildren, Benjamin and Christian Collins; his stepgrandchildren, Courtney, Zachary, Jamie and William; his sister Jane Neal (Walt) of Princess Anne; his siblings-in-law, Eddie Parsons Joseph Parsons (Lisa) and Jerry Lou Bratten (Chuck); and his family, Donnie and Susie Tawes.
Wayne was born on July 12th, 1947 to Gladys Parkinson and Alvin Causey in Weona, MD.
