With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter E. Hearn Sr. (Laurel, Delaware), born in Milford, Delaware, who passed away on April 1, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Victoria; his parents, Boyce Hearn and Reba Hearn; his sons, Walt Hearn, Jr. and Michael Evans; and his son-in-law Levin Layton.
He is survived by: his children, Wanda Layton and Jeffrey Evans (Tracy); his siblings, Dennis Hearn (Cheryl), Vaughn Hearn (Pat), Debbie Jones and Delores Maccari; his grandchildren, Joel Layton, Kevin Layton (Carrianne), Ryan Hearn, Brooke Kosiorowski (Josh), Jessica and Abbie Evans; and his great grandchildren, Kolyn Layton and Emmit Kosiorowski.
