She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Thomas Foskey, Sr. and Dorothy Rae Colflesh Foskey; her brother Edgar T. Foskey, Jr.; and her nephew Steven Thomas Adkins. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Downes (Eddie) and Debbie Elliott (Skeeter); her sisters, Judy Adkins (Oran) and Anna Marlette; her niece Dawn Brittingham (Rob); her grandchildren, Trey Downes (Marisa), Tyler Downes, Michael Dodson, Bethany Laird (Billy), Matthew Dodson and Sydney Elliott; her great-nephew Dylan Brittingham; and her great-niece Lizzie Brittingham. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
