Virginia Ann North Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Ann North of Laurel, Delaware, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Welsh Taylor; her son Eric J. North; her grandson Paul Franklin North, IV; and her siblings, Pat Ollock, Hughy Taylor, Christopher Taylor and Tommy Taylor.
She is survived by: her close friend Jerry Wayne Phippin, Sr.; her children, Jennifer M. Phelps, Angela Bednar (Michael), Paul Franklin North, III, John S. North and Jerry Wayne Phippin, Jr.; her grandchildren, Tyler Mooney, Michael Fuller, Brandon Phippin, Christopher Kirby, Jared Mooney, Aaron Phippin, Evin Phelps, Emily Phippin, Megan Phelps and Laree Slaby; and her sister Helen Walsack. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog.
