She was predeceased by: her husband Philip W. Howard; her sister Mary Rose Hill; and her daughter-in-law Barbara Ginn. She is survived by: her children, Brian Howard (Angela), Lori Groton (Dwayne), Christy Howard and Richard Ginn (Marguerite); her grandchildren, Megan Dukes (Philip), Milton, Daniel Howard Seaford (Stephanie), Aaron Howard (Nicole) and Emily Groton; her great grandchildren, Ava, Levi Dukes, Milton, Brianna Cardillo-Howard, Insley and Bristol Howard; and her siblings, Larry Hill (Pat) and Martha Carr (Jerry). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
