She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Carson and Margaret Carson. She is survived by: her children, Melissa "Missy" Sterling of Laurel and John "Jackie" Sterling III (Mary) of Middletown; her brother Timmy Carson (Pat); and her grandchildren, Amanda Carson, Michael LaShaune Miles, Chuck Carson, Jr., Haven Trader, Emma Sterling and John Sterling IV.
