He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kaniecki and Hilda Kaniecki; his wife Marguerite Cathleen Kaniecki; and his brother Les Kaniecki. He is survived by: his children, Stanley R. Jr., Michael, Jacqueline and Michelle; and his grandchildren, Justin, Bailey, Max, Alex, Landon, Caleb, Maggie and Finn.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Brandywine Valley SPCA, Georgetown DE campus.
