She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Simpson and Margaret Simpson. She is survived by: her husband Richard Edward Blazer, Jr.; her children, Felicia Wood (George), Frank A. Bozzi, Jr., Jason Blazer and Cody Blazer (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Dalton Wood (Elizabeth), Gia Wood and Annabelle Blazer; and her siblings, Mike Simpson (Kim), Jimmy Simpson (Tami), Betty Moyles (Tom) and Margie Sheriff (Ray). She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
