She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. Hicks and Cynthia Hicks (Poole); and her husband Glenn S. Hackley. She is survived by: her children, Neal Hackley of Severn, Robert Hackley of Cambridge, Cindy Hackley of Crofton and Rosa Lynn Davis of Parsonsburg; and her brothers, James and Donald. She is also survived by grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
