He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Rich Norris and Robert S. Norris, Sr.; and his sister Jeannette Saxe. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Norris; his daughter Lisa Marie Rogers; his sister Linda Derr; and his grandchildren, William, Joseph, Amber and Pam.
